River City Personal Fitness personal training studio is located in the heart of Nocatee / Ponte Vedra / St. Johns area halfway between Jacksonville and St. Augustine.  We specialize in various training settings, to include private one on one sessions, semi-private sessions with up to three clients and boot camp style classes with up to eight people per class.  We also offer specialized training such as young athlete programs for teenagers of various sports, wheelchair training for those that may be disabled and collegiate and professional level sports training, including combine preparation.

Our style of training is based on the needs of each individual clients, but is mostly based off the theory of muscle confusion in which no two workouts are alike.  We incorporate a number of training methods such as high intensity interval training, basic cardiovascular training for stamina and endurance, resistance training with free weights, and plyometric / suspension training with bodyweight and TRX systems.

We also offer nutritional guidance for all our clients with a variety of goals that will support the style of training they are following.  The majority of our clients are looking for weight loss solutions, and bodyfat reduction, but we also have plenty of experience with pure strength and hypertrophy training, and performance based training such as speed, agility, quickness, balance, flexibility and power.  All of our trainers hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, are fully insured and are certified in first aid / CPR.
